- Close-coupled, back-to-wall or concealed-cistern system as selected
- Model & rating
- Confirm selected suite, applicable WELS registration and water-use rating
- Set-out
- Trap type, pan set-out, inlet location and finished wall dimensions to match the model
- Cistern
- Confirm compatible cistern, flush plate, mounting frame where required and service access
- Fixing
- Floor or wall support and fixings to follow the selected system
- Installation
- Plumbing connections, sealing and testing by the appropriate trade
- Care
- Provide access for cistern maintenance and use manufacturer-approved cleaning
